Poland’s political gender gap, and how marriage makes us moderate

In every country in human history where political sentiment has been measured, men are always and everywhere substantially more “right wing” than women. The reverse is also true: Always and everywhere, women will always vote, given the option, much more to the left than their male counterparts. There’s an extreme example of that in new data just published from Poland:
