Vegan star ditches diet, goes meat-only for 30 days and lauds health benefit

Vegan influencer Alyse Parker has said her secret 30 day carnivore diet saw her “feeling more mentally clear, focused, wholesome and healthy” than she had felt in years of strictly adhering to her vegan diet.

Parker told her 200,000 Instagram followers and 700,000 YouTube subscribers she made the switch after listening to friends who eat animal-only products, such as meat, eggs and dairy.

She told her Instagram followers, “I had my own fair share of health struggles and eventually reached a breaking point where I was willing to try anything to function properly again. I swallowed my pride and decided I’d give it a shot.”

The results surprised her:  “Full-on carnivore. I woke up the next morning feeling more mentally clear, focused, wholesome, and healthy than I had felt in years.”

Parker received mixed reactions from her followers, with some supporting her decision, whilst others were not so complimentary.

One user wrote, “Animals have to die for you now and your choice is also a climate killer,” whilst another said, “If you had to kill every animal you ate in this video… We all know you would go back to vegan immediately.”
