Social media commentator Kirk Loco (44), of Rathnew, Co. Wicklow, is on trial on charges under Section 4(1) and 4(3) of the Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Act 2020.
He is accused of distributing or publishing a threatening or grossly offensive communication about an IPAS centre resident, with intent to cause harm. The alleged offence is a social media post from June 21st, 2024.
