On the night of Monday November 18th, a record ten Irish political party leaders will go head-to-head on RTÉ’s Upfront with Katie Hannon.
This marks the largest ever Party Leaders’ debate in Ireland in anticipation of the upcoming general election (#GE2024).
“Upfront with Katie Hannon will hold the largest ever Party Leaders’ debate, with 10 political party leaders invited to debate live in studio on Monday 18th November, as Katie asks the questions the voters want answered,” RTÉ said in a statement.
Who’s Taking the Stage?
The debate will feature the following party leaders:
– Ivana Bacik (Labour)
– Richard Boyd Barrett (People Before Profit)
– Holly Cairns (Social Democrats)
– Joan Collins (Right to Change)
– Michael Collins (Independent Ireland)
– Simon Harris (Fine Gael)
– Micheál Martin (Fianna Fáil)
– Mary Lou McDonald (Sinn Féin)
– Roderic O’Gorman (Green Party)
– Peadar Tóibín (Aontú)

The debate can be watched at 9:35 p.m. on Monday November 18th, and will be live on RTÉ One and streaming on the RTÉ Player.
