A case of Government misinformation

Harris ‘pleased’ to re-appoint McEntee as Justice Minister
Simon Harris is a man, it should be noted, who has built his political career around being basically better at vibes than any single one of his contemporaries.
“Conservative, or right leaning, or alternative media is of no use to anybody if it’s just propaganda. That’s a hill I’ll die on”
Israeli anger towards Ireland, however legitimate the Israelis might feel it is, is not helpfully expressed by an unfair and needlessly aggressive condemnation of Harris that is substantially untrue.
“It was the right thing to support Simon Harris.”
His opponents can now plausibly and accurately claim that he in fact endorses McEntee’s record in Justice – not just what she might do in the future but what she has already done in the past.
If he wants to represent change, he must first deliver it. Both in tone, and in substance. There’s no sign of that to date.
Trying to “reconnect” with lost Fine Gael voters.
