Why the lack of urgency around the Tusla sex abuse report?

The full UCD report which alleged child sexual abuse under the care of Tusla was released recently, and its findings are nothing short of shocking.

The study, entitled “Protecting Against Predators,” was released earlier in the year, and found that there have been almost as many reports of young people being at risk of sexual exploitation under State care so far this year as there were in the whole 12 months of last year.
