What would you say if you discovered that in addition to the published, visible curriculum used to teach your children in school, there was a second, ‘hidden curriculum’ that was being used to convey lessons to the nation’s children? One that may well be at odds with what parents want their children to be learning in school?
Unfortunately, the reality isn’t too far removed from that, if there’s any distance at all.
