A supermarket manager who caused “devastating injuries” to a fellow driver after he didn’t see a stop sign and failed to come to a halt at a crossroads has avoided jail.
Harry Smith (26) was originally charged with Careless driving causing serious injury to which he had pleaded guilty, however the charge was updated to dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
