Public Meeting on Parents’ Constitutional Rights, School Curriculum, and Gender Recognition Act

A public meeting will take place tomorrow as part of an Aontú led  programme to “defend Parents Constitutional rights” in Education.

The meeting will take place Thursday the 20th of April 2023 from 7:30pm at Artane Parish Hall, Artane Dublin. 

Aontú says “expert speakers on key aspects of the new school curriculum, which many parents are strongly objecting to and feel that their voices are being ignored” will speak at the event.

Topics on the agenda will include legal overview, curriculum changes & textbooks, sports, and “facilities that seek to promote ideological agendas or culture wars that have not been approved by parents and which a majority of parents strongly object.”

Expert guest speakers on the night are Laoise de Brun (Barrister and founder of advocacy group “The Countess”) and Sorcha Ní Lochlain (Countess spokesperson on sports), Along with James Morris (Aontú rep for Dublin Bay North), Proinsias Ó Conarain & Peadar Tobin of Aontú.
