The plans were initially signed off on in June by Climate Minister Eamon Ryan.
The plan involves 17 wind turbines, each up to 220 metres in height.
That’s down from a height of 30.5% in August of 2020.
“We’re prepared to do what has to be done, popular or otherwise,” said the Premier.
The figure includes nearly €1.5 million in consultancy fees.
