On Friday evening, the Rathfarnham Residents Group is hosting a meeting to update the local community on what appears to be an unauthorised development.
This concerns a belated Section 5 application by a contractor to use a premises as emergency accommodation for persons registered as homeless. (A Section 5 application is a request for a declaration as to whether development is exempt.)
