A new development at Raheen, Brittas, County Dublin has become the subject of proceedings by South Dublin County Council as work continues on a site adjacent to Chianti Park mobile homes.
There is no record of any planning permission for the site that would allow for the current construction, where the foundations and underfloor heating are being installed for what appear to be more mobile homes. Both that site and the existing mobile home park would appear to be in the ownership of the same people.
