This year’s silly season – which still has some weeks to go – has been dominated almost entirely by the game of musical chairs about who is in, or out, of the forthcoming Presidential election.
But only two things are certain about that election: That it will be held, and that somebody will win it. So I thought it might be useful to look at what the President can, or cannot, do with the office, since this is often a source of confusion for voters.
