WATCH: BBC teaches children “more than 100 gender identities now” exist

The BBC Teach programme, which is offered as a resource for the Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) curriculum in UK schools, includes a section dealing with gender identities. In the video titled “Understanding Sexual and Gender Identities”, a young boy asks: “What are the different gender identities?”, to which teacher Kate Daniels responds, “We know that we have got male and female but there are over 100, if not more, gender identities now.”

The videos also include claims by other teachers of how male and female may be the sex one is born with, but gender is determined by what the person feels inside. Ms Daniels goes on to assert that some people are “bi-gender”, meaning two genders at once, whilst others have no gender at all.
