The UN have enrolled a dinosaur to lecture the world on their evil and foolish ways, and wanton path to self-extinction. A child prophet wasn’t enough (and in fairness people are now a bit embarrassed they ever thought the child was a prophet) so they have created an equally cosmetic avatar for the climate doom occult movement; a CGI dinosaur that addresses the UN chambers on the matter of extinction.
We are waiting for the memesters to put pigtails on the dinosaur.
But beneath the joke there is something more sinister afoot. It is becoming increasingly clear that this is a secular-religious movement for lost souls, replete with a Sacred Trinity overarching framework, and it is being driven by globalists who understand the mechanisms of this epistemological framework very well, and who know how to turn it to their own ends.
Green environmentalist turned sane environmentalist, Michael Shellenberger pointed out an aberration consistently displayed by this movement’s elites; that these rules are for the little people but not the elite.
Just before the COP26 meetings kicked off he commented: “The United Nations is using a talking dinosaur to urge poor African nations to not use fossil fuels while providing information to global elites about which airports in which they can land their private jets for next week’s climate change meeting”

Rules for thee not for me!
It makes that talking dinosaur seem a little disingenuous all of a sudden, doesn’t it? And about as real as the climate catastrophe we have been awaiting for the past 40 years.
Shellenberger further points out: “The UN is using a computer- generated dinosaur to promote the pseudoscientific claim that climate change threatens human extinction even though neither the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change nor any other reputable scientific body makes such a claim.”

It’s interesting that the prospect of mass extinction is never mentioned by any scientific researcher, scientific body, or even the scientific organ of the UN, the IPCC.
Shellenberger is 100% right about this, and it leads to the conclusion that none of the politicians, or NGO activists at the UN have read any IPCC report, or understood the scientific findings therein. It’s hard to avoid the conclusion that these people are not “following the science”.
Ditto the Corporate media, whose tones on “the climate emergency” are increasingly hysterical. (Their trust-currency is failing so badly that they might be going the same route as Frankie the dinosaur, but that’s another story.)
Shellenberge’s thread on the subject is interesting and well worth reading. He points to how this moral panic and the policies emanating from the rich West are impacting the poor of the developing world in unconscionable ways. He also notes how some leaders in the developing world are rejecting the climate ideology of the UN in favour of developing their own economies with cheap energy, and thereby raising their populations out of poverty.
This runs counter to the controlled climate change narrative that global warming is disproportionately affecting the world’s poor. As we have pointed out previously on Gript the developing world want cheap reliable grid energy not “fake electricity” as villagers in India called solar based microgrids.
So you have your world leaders allied against the working class in the West and the poor of the Developing World.
They tell us we should be happy with less, but they all live in palaces (the mansions of Al Gore, Barrack OBama, and Michael Moore are a cases in point) and they don’t seem interested in giving up the luxuries. As historian and broadcaster Neil Oliver says, if you want us to live with less show us how.

Channel 4 correspondent, Ciaran Jenkins, noticing the herd of chauffeur driven vehicles idling around the COP26 shindig in Glasgow, points out that tightening your belt and living with less is only for the little people.

It’s hilarious to read the apologists for these elites who openly argue that important people shouldn’t have to worry about conservation.
Speaking of chortles, it was quite funny to see the Extinction Rebellion crowd surprised that they weren’t being arrested as they blocked traffic for days on end in the UK recently.
These people are under an illusion that they are rebelling against the authorities. They have delusions that they are going against the interests of the powerful, but what’s very clear is that they are working for the exact same agenda as the globalists who gather at COP26 and DAVOS shindigs. The governments; the supranational organizations; the cultural influencers such as the media and the universities; research institutes; they all have the exact same objectives as these activists – to have the new green agenda – including its additional taxes and massive public spending – forced on everyone.
So it’s no wonder that the yuppie tea party XR aren’t being arrested. They aren’t rebelling against authority; they’re the authority’s lackeys. As we have seen time and time again, the people they are out to punish are working class people who dare to just have jobs and go to work. Their biggest target are people who are on the road all day, and who earn money by driving; such as delivery drivers.
This is a pattern throughout this entire charade. What we have is an elect, an autocratic technocracy who are only gagging to tell us all that they are our betters and we should do their bidding because they know best and “the science,” and reasons.
It’s strange that in the green movement we have an upper middle class university educated midwitt type, who believe that these elect are their betters; and they act in a strangely religious way of an acolyte. They also seem instinctively conscious that in a hierarchy there are people below them; and so they are allied with the powerful against the poor of the world.
One fairly humerous explanation of this put forward by libertarian political commentator, Tarl Warwick, is that world leaders are corrupted pseudo-occultists. He draws on the Hegelian concept of progressivism where progress towards the perfected society is through the process of Thesis, Antithesis, and Synthesis.
That’s the holy trinity religious framework I mentioned earlier. It works like this.
Thesis: everything is going fairly well, it could be better but its way better than it was and we like the status quo. Antithesis: no everything is fundamentally corrupt, we need a root and branch self critique and we need to deconstruct the corrupted systems. Synthesis: the creation of the perfected world through this catarthic exegesis.
This outlook has the dipole of thesis and antithesis (father and son) and the creative unity of synthesis (holy spirit).
But where the globalists make their money is by pushing the first two parts and seizing the reins of authority on the third. This works no matter what the issue. Put in racism, put in environment, put in women’s, or lgbtqai2srtuv++ rights. If it’s a fake issue, all the better
And so we have the belief that the elect should tell the rest of the world what to do. That their betters in the pseudo-occultist layer of NGO and intergovernmental beurocrats should have the right to tell people how to live their lives. That they have the expertise to dictate what is “right for the planet” and know how to commune with the planet so to speak.
It’s clearly an elaborate and batty religious ideation but it’s far from rare. The idea of the elect is very prevalent, particularly amongst university educated upper middle classes. And so you have the memetic proliferation of this demand to show your credentials before being allowed to speak.
On the stinking garbage pile of twitter you can elicit the demand of “Oh, so are you an epidemiologist?” or “are you a climatologist?” etc at least 100 times a day with the smallest effort.
This is an implicit knowing of your place in the feudal order. Like a Victorian who sponsors a pew in the local chapel who knows that they are one of the elect, but a follower not a leader. You can’t possible know because you don’t have the received knowledge, but you know who does and you trust them fundamentally. This is an occult idea and as we have seen its very class conscious. There is a notion that you stay in your lane. There is a notion that only those who have the elect position through credentials, and through association, have the right to speak; and everyone else has to do what they are told.
This is visible particularly in how an hysterical, comfortably well off, educated and upper middle class leftist, has turned their ire in particular on lower income manual workers. The working class are the enemy of this elect and we are seeing that the castigation cascades all the way down from the top, from a clerical class of scientists, journalists, and governmental and intergovernmental organizations, down through the pew sitting followers –the EX type lunatics with the collectivist mindset who believe that the perfect society is created through the ideas of the experts- to castigate the people below them for not being true believers.
This is at the core of a lot of leftist thinking. It has nothing to do with their proclaimed aims of raising the underprivileged; it has everything to do with putting people in their place.
COP26 is a circus, and this ugly ideology at its core.
