He will be sentenced by video link on Friday 3 December.
Creaven, with an address at Adelaide Street, Dún Laoghaire, was remanded in custody until sentencing in July.
Creaven was arrested on Wednesday morning in Dublin under the Child Trafficking and Pornography Act and spent some 18 hours in custody before being released.
