Minister Stephen Donnely has said he would support allowing fully vaccinated people to attend concerts in Ireland.
The EMA found 169 blood clots known as CVST in the brain and a further 53 splanchnic vein thrombosis clots following 34 million vaccine doses, giving a rate of 1 clot per 150,000 doses.
“We are developing a digital green certificate vaccine pass, so you’ll be able to prove that you’re fully vaccinated,” he confirmed.
Marco Cavaleri told Italian newspaper Il Messaggero that a brain blockage called CVST was occuring at a higher rate than expected in younger people who have been vaccinated.
“Everyone will be able to take a free rapid coronavirus test twice a week from the 9th April.”
The 5km limit on travel will be lifted on April 12, allowing people to journey anywhere within their county, or 20km from their home into another county.
Simon Coveney claims there is “politics being played” however.
“We’re in for seemingly endless cycles of outbreaks and remissions, social restrictions and relaxations, lockdowns and reopenings.”
Dr. Gerard Waters has been suspended from the Medical Council following his announcement that he wouldn’t be administering the Covid-19 vaccine.
AstraZeneca claims there is “no evidence” that blood clotting is linked to their injection.
The idea will be considered by NPHET.
The WHO is against the measure, for now.
