SCALLAN: The government’s mindless refugee shuffling

“Look, nobody enjoys shootin’ penguins. But if you have to shoot penguins? Well, you might as well enjoy it.”

That’s a joke from the series Futurama which I’ve always liked, and which is good life advice generally. If an unpleasant task absolutely has to be done, then you may as well try to find the silver lining in it somehow. And not only that, but a modified version of the same quote is just as true; equally, if you have to do something unpleasant, then you also might as well do it properly.
