Just over a week ago, ahead of the Aontú Ard Fheis, yours truly had the opportunity to sit down with Aontú leader Peadar Tóibín and discuss the state of his party, his views on the self-styled “Irish nationalist movement”, and how the party is investing the state funding it has acquired since its increased vote share at the last election.
