You Can Cook Too 20 – A spinach and potato side

Patricia shows you how to make two potato side dishes. A spinach and potato side that will go great with most things, and a potatoes side particularly for fish.

She pairs it with All the World is Green by Tom Waits.

Ingredients and Instructions

For 2

375 gms. small potatoes boiled

2 tabsps sour cream, mayonnaise or crème fraiche (full or reduced fat are equally good)

½ teasp wholegrain mustard

Mix them together and serve. Can be reheated gently in the pan if necessary.
