On Tuesday last, May 30, the Joint Committee on Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth met to consider the issue of asylum seekers from what are designated as “countries of safe origin.”
This has been an ongoing theme with regards to the numbers of people who have come to Ireland from such states.
