New figures have released by the Department of Justice under Freedom of Information have shown that more deportations orders were revoked since January 2025 than enforced in the period.
The Department confirmed that 520 deportation orders were revoked in 2025 with another 264 revocations this far in 2026, a total of 784 deportation orders revoked in total. The information was released to a Gript reader under in response to a FOI request.
