Irish myths would translate “beautifully” to film, history company head says

Many of the legendary stories from Irish mythology would translate “beautifully” to film or TV, the head of a leading ancient history company said.

Ancient Origins is a global news outlet which reports on ancient history findings from around the world, including the latest in archaeology, historical science and research. The outlet actually featured in the 2022 action-adventure movie Uncharted (based on the videogame series of the same name), in which protagonist Nathan Drake, played Tom Holland, briefly uses the Ancient Origins website in his attempts to find the lost treasure of the 15th century explorer Ferdinand Magellan.

Thank you, Paul! It seems that common sense has become a relic of the past. Our society is rapidly deteriorating, resembling more and more an open asylum.

He can start with the far right myth. On a serious note, they would tbf but an awful lot of what is considered myth actually is the truth. One of them are giants, they actually existed and is what I believe responsible for building the dolman portals that dot the landscape. Bones of giants have been found all over the world.

I don’t know if you noticed that but you got up votes for saying nephilim and I got three down votes for saying you were correct. How does that work?…. Lol. The government trolls are totally inconsistent this morning.

i caught that too! by the way, i too believe the giants thing as a pre-flood scenario, when oxygen was so much different you had giant trees etc. who knows?

Yep, exactly. Things were much bigger pre flood and I think the so called dinosaurs were nephilim too and did not look like what’s in the museum’s. In reality, there is not one near complete dinosaur ever found and the ones in museum’s are mostly made up. Giants are shown in Egypt and Persia too as rulers and I think they built the pyramids using artificial concrete made from Limestone. I think that Pangaea existed while we were around which is why there are pyramids were found on all continents including Antarctica. After the flood, temperatures dropped which is why the ice in Antarctica and the North pole exist today. There is land in the North Pole as well. White people were also recorded as well as giants by the native Indians. Atlantis was wiped out by the flood too, is in Mauretania. The majority of history is a lie as well as science to hide Yahweh.

Good point, James :-). We’ll make that the topic of our next article, titled ‘The Far Right Myth: A Catch-All for Everything That Doesn’t Fit.’

The biggest myth going around is M.U.P is designed as a health measure. After decades waging war on the hospitality trade and its customers, the harsh economic reality is hitting home, people are staying home and enjoying their homes and gardens and the hospitality industry is hanging by its finger tips, the government and the publicans thought the golden goose would keep on laying but people are now pinned to there collars in debt and over taxation, and the latest scheme is to make it as dear to drink at home as the pub, itso facto the people have a choice, same price off licence or pub, go to the pub  but no consideration for the added costs No public transport in vast majority of the country Few if very expensive taxis .

I read in Empire years back that there was a Script doing the rounds in Hollywood on Brian Ború. Di Caprio was being touted to play him. This would have been an Irish Braveheart type movie. Seems to have died a death though.

Its a treasure trove of good ideas- I can especially see a good high budget tv series. Several in fact. The problem is they’d ruin it by wokery

Don’t worry, I’m sure that Mary Lou and Michelle O’Neill are already planning to fill wicker men with unwilling victims.

Whether one is for or against Bambie Thug, just look how the EBU fixed the order so that they can decide who wins the event. In my eyes this is down-right cheating! How can this be allowed to stand?

Would you support a decision by Ireland to copy the UK's "Rwanda Plan", under which asylum seekers are sent to the safe - but third world - African country instead of being allowed to remain here?
