I recently read this piece in the Guardian about a woman who had been married for 14 years when she went to a New Year’s party where she encountered some unhappy singletons.
In the piece, Polly Hudson, tells of how although her marriage to husband Nick is as happy and successful – as any marriage could be by the sounds of it – that she had been taking him for granted until she met the aforementioned singletons.
