Whilst the whole world hunkers down, a group of 14 elephants broke into a farm in Yunnan, China earlier this week during the coronavirus outbreak, with at least two helping themselves to over 30kg of corn wine, and feeling the effects afterwards…
Showing no respect for social distancing, the drunk elephants fell asleep in a nearby tea garden, happy to have found more than they bargained for at the farm.
Photos of the elephants went viral, with one conservationist explaining that the animals are fond of a tipple now and then, often returning to the same watering holes.
When they were all sober. In tribal belts people hide country made alcohol but somehow elephants find it. They mark the houses also where they found that last time. If they see drunk people they get irritated also, since it was not shared with them. All credits in pics. 11/3/20 pic.twitter.com/ESYtPsrd68
