I don’t live under a rock. I know that times change and that I don’t have to like everything that this brings. However, I and others have the right to expect basic standards of behaviour that were not so long ago commonly held.
While popping over to the supermarket one afternoon last week, I saw something that could possibly have caused me to crash the car, had I been driving. A little girl about 12 wearing denim shorts that were the size of underwear – with the zip open all the way down.
