A car crash in County Mayo has claimed the lives of three people.
The crash took place when a car collided with an articulated truck on the N17 at Castlegar near Claremorris.
It is understood that those lost in the accident are a woman and two children.
The condition of the truck driver is unclear.
The area of the accident is currently closed off with Gardaí still at the scene.
