Wicklow County Council has issued High Court proceedings against the owners of a site in Kippure, County Wicklow where 65 houses were built without planning permission.
As Gript previously reported, the 14 stone masonry clad two-storey split level houses and of 51 dwelling houses were built in the absence of planning permission on the site which is currently leased to Seefin Events, a Dublin based company owned by Sinead Fennelly.
