Where’s the NWCI apology for misinforming voters on the referendum?

The key concern in any referendum or election now seems to be the dreaded spectre of ‘misinformation’. What will the misfortunate voters do, say the hand-wringers, when faced with false information they couldn’t possibly distinguish from the facts – and what can the authorities do to crackdown on this ever-present threat?

It’s a little odd then, that when a leading player in the upcoming March 8th vote makes a series of fundamentally untrue statements in a national newspaper, the great and the good who are ever-ready to lament fake news and disinformation are so strangely silent.

One rule for some and another rule for others it seems.

The RTE/Media and the NGO sector are subsidiary shills of the Regime.Their paychecks are dependent on Regime comlpliance as indicated by O’Gorman recently, when he threatened the NGO’s with withdrawal of funding if they failed to support Referendum 41.2/.
The NWCI are just following orders, and are not a credible organisation to represent women, having a Transgender man with 3 children on their Board
The Electoral Commission is another Regime appointed NGO, whose remit is to penalise disinformation and misinformation.
This remit apparently does not apply to the Regime or its controlled RTE/NGO shills.
The Electoral Commission has now proven it is not a neutral player.
Its remit would have been best extended to ensuring the Integrity of the vote by policing the mechanics of the Balloting procedure .
At present these are open to fraudalent behaviour , The Elecoral Register has not been updated in decades. there are reports that many live voters have been struck from the register while ,the dead remain.
The ballot boxes are unidentified, and not transparent, being open to stuffing and switching. The transport of ballot boxes has no viable security. The Director of Elections is a Regime appointment, who in turn appoints personnel to the collection and counting of votes.
There is no trust in the Regime not to use its agents to corrupt a vote. Lessons have been learned, that there is no skullduggery these reprobates are capable of to remain in Power.
To paraphrase Josef Stalin, ‘I care not how the People vote, we control the counting and the ballot procedure’

Well you see they are no longer the nwc, they are the ntc because they no longer know what a woman is unfortunately. Completely slipped their minds in the last 4 years so the changed the name to the national trans council. Im sure all that ngo money and private interest investments had nothing to do with it.

Sinn Fein were asked about the upcoming referendum what is a woman and they were not able to answer the question. No wonder Sinn Fein are losing so much in the polls.

Thats a great name for it, the what is a woman referendum, im taking that one. I saw it, it was a proper disgrace and to be honest I dont thing the existing polls are a true representation of the real figures. How many working class people do you know for example that reads the sunday independent yunno. The working class will be out in force voting this time and even the politicians know it too which is why they are quiet atm.

Hee, hee hee – McKenna judgment – some decades back – said State couldn’t spend money advocating a “Yes” vote in a Referendum – now we have the NWCI “an almost fully taxpayer-funded body”, if the above article is correct (which I’m sure it is) – advocating a “Yes” vote – and misleading the public into the bargain ! By analogy with company law (which is replete with prohibitions on a “subsidiary” of a “company” from doing things that the company is prohibited from doing), perhaps the NWCI should be treated – in effect – as a “subsidiary” of the State for the purposes of McKenna. Not suggesting anyone go to court on this one but you’d at least expect some “honourable conduct” by the State as regards respecting the “spirit” of McKenna but – no – these merry little marionettes – that the NGOs are – must be allowed to continue with their mischievous little ways…….

A woman’s place is not in the home. It is at the trough if that woman is Orla O’Connor or one of her subsidized sort. NGOs: the dole for Orla’s horsey set

The misinformation NGO complex is working hard to get us tax cattle to moo in the correct direction… Fingers crossed there’s still enough of us to reject Wodewic’s “trans key-jingling” lies.

The whole mis dis argument is ridiculous. Stop using them altogether. Each side has different opinions and interpretation, that’s it. Listen and then decide or don’t.

This ngo is probably more to be pitied than hated, they obviously don’t care about the people they represent in the work that they do, they are probably being bullied and blackmailed by the man who wants everyone to call him she who’s on the payroll. theres a job he’s taking from a woman why did they employ him. Then they have weasel boy rod telling them represent what I tell u to or else your job is gone. Anyway they aren’t fit for purpose the games up, somebody send them all p45

The article referred to above was an opinion piece rather than a purely informative article and therefore its readers will be expecting it to be somewhat subjective. To paraphrase the beloved Yes Prime Minister, you cannot call someone a liar for expressing their opinion.

Would you support a decision by Ireland to copy the UK's "Rwanda Plan", under which asylum seekers are sent to the safe - but third world - African country instead of being allowed to remain here?
