TG4 released their Christmas line-up of films. As well as classic films each day at 10am and lunchtime from December 22nd TG4 will air a daily family and primetime film. Highlights this year include Irish film Thelma and Louise, Borat and La La Land. A Cine4 film Foscadh will have its tv premiere on January 2nd.
For families this year a new Irish language version of Abominable will air for the first time on Christmas Day, and an Irish version Hotel Transylvania on Stephen’s Day and an Irish version of Smurfs: The Lost Village will air on 2nd January. Christmas favourites Into the West and Sing Street will also feature this year on TG4.

(2019 Animation Comedy) Irish version of the Playmobil movie. Marla and her younger brother Charlie find themselves magically transported to the fantastical world of Playmobil. But when Charlie winds up in the clutches of an evil emperor, Marla joins forces with a bumbling secret agent and an adventurous truck driver to rescue her beloved sibling.
