The Circuit Criminal Court has heard a case of a man who attacked another man with a hammer after he himself was stuck with the same hammer on a date in September 2020.
Judge Martin Nolan heard how homeless man Daniel Whelan (27) entered a guilty plea in relation to an offence of possession of an offensive weapon on the 30th September 2020 on Thomas Street, Dublin.
