Last Friday, Justice Richard Humphreys delivered his final judgement in what should bring to an end the remaining issues around the unauthorised development at Chianti Park, Brittas.
The judgement sets a strict schedule for the removal of the structures and finds for John O’Neill in the issue of costs against Branach Developments and the owners.
