Yesterday, we reported on an application for “change of use” of what is currently a dementia care centre to accommodation for applicants for International Protection. I noted that the ownership of the building was unclear but I have since seen the original planning application which indicates that Shrewsbury House is owned by a company called Twilightford Unlimited.
