One person has been killed and other passengers have been injured after a Singapore Airlines flight from London was struck by “severe turbulence”.
The aircraft was diverted to Bangkok and landed at 15:45 local time.
Flight SQ 321 was carrying 211 passengers and 18 crew, according to a statement from the airline.
“Singapore Airlines offers its deepest condolences to the family of the deceased,” the company said in a statement posted to its social media pages.
