Homes for sale in Ireland are now being listed on Indian, American and Australian realtor websites following a deal by the property portal MyHome.ie.
The deal was reported amid rising concern at the bulk buying of properties by investment funds and home purchases by non-nationals – with CSO figures showing almost one-quarter of identifiable home purchasers from 2022-2024 were non-Irish citizens.
