Elon Musk has warned against the idea of a world government, saying it could lead to a civilizational collapse.
Ironically, the Twitter CEO made his comments at the Dubai World Government Summit which took place Wednesday.
“Seemed like the right venue,” Musk later tweeted in reply to a video of his comments.
The annual event says it is “dedicated to shaping the future of governments,” and focuses on using technology to solve problems facing humanity.

He also said he bought Twitter as it was “important to the future of civilisation”.
