A man who has 106 previous convictions has avoided jail after he broke into a house where the occupier awoke to find him in his bedroom.
The Central Criminal Court heard that David Cooney (45) was identified by Gardaí after a blood sample was taken from the patio of the house on Synge Court, in Dublin.
