Gript has learned that a taxi driver who was convicted of sexual assault in 2021 was still operating a cab almost five months later when he committed another act of sexual assault.
As Gript previously reported, earlier this month Samir Lakhlef (53) of Ballyogan Drive, Carrickmines, Dublin 18 pleaded guilty to a charge of sexual assault contrary to Section 2 of the Criminal Law (Rape) (Amendment) Act, 1990.
