A man in his 40s was injured in a shooting incident in north Dublin earlier today.
The incident occurred in the Woodbank area of Finglas at approximately 10:30am.
The man sustained injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening and was transported to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown for medical care.
Gardaí are appealing to the public for assistance. They are particularly seeking information from anyone who was in the Woodbank area of Finglas, Dublin 11, between 9am and 10:30am, and who may have camera footage, including dash-cam recordings.
