A Dublin man who was found with another man on the floor during a Garda raid of a drug cottage has avoided jail after it was accepted he was not part of the narcotics operation.
The Circuit Criminal Court heard how Michael Murphy was found by armed Gardaí on the bedroom floor of Rose Cottage, Millgate, Palmerstown, Dublin 20.
