Last September, Fatima Gunning reported here on the failure of the owners and developers of the IPAS centre at Kippure Lodge and Holiday Village to comply with enforcement orders from Wicklow County Council.
It now transpires, despite a statement from the County Council CEO Emer O’Gorman and a number of media reports, that the Council has not actually initiated High Court proceedings against the developers.
