Two English-language colleges have failed in their attempts to remain on a State immigration-linked student programme after a High Court judge found evidence of significant non-compliance with key refund and fee-protection rules.
The High Court refused applications by Limerick Language Centre Limited and Erin School of English Limited, trading as Erin College, for orders that would have allowed them to remain on the Interim List of Eligible Programmes (ILEP) pending judicial review.
