During the afternoon session of today’s hearing of the civil rape trial against Conor McGregor the court heard that, the Plaintiff, Nikita Hand, had left The Beacon Hotel in Sandyford in a taxi with the second named defendant, James Lawrence.
Counsel for Lawrence, John Fitzgerald SC, suggested to Miss Hand that in the CCTV footage from the lift of the Beacon Hotel she didn’t “look like someone whose been brutally raped.”
