A proposal to Dublin City Council for a Class 20(f) planning exemption with a view to using a former convent building at Patrickswell Place close to Finglas village has been withdrawn following local objections.
Early yesterday afternoon, local National Party representative Stephen Redmond, who had contacted both Dublin City Council and Courtyard Properties who had registered the application on May 2, was informed by email that the company was no longer planning to proceed with the application.
