A controversial lactation consultant is scheduled to speak at the upcoming Association of Lactation Consultants Ireland (ALCI) conference.
Jacob Englesman, who authored ‘Lactation for the Rest of Us: A Guide for Queer and Trans Parents and Helpers’, has said that “cis guys” [men] “can induce lactation” and has encouraged “non-gestational parents” to induce lactation.
