A former couple who resisted and attempted to prevent an arrest after a Garda Sergeant chased a vehicle observed to be traveling at high speed have appeared before the Circuit Criminal Court this morning.
The court heard that on the 21st of October 2021 at approximately 1:35am a Range Rover was seen speeding on the Jobstown Road by a Detective Sergeant Cawley.
