A man who was sentenced in relation to an assault last July but disappeared after his name was not called before lunch has appeared before the Circuit Criminal Court.
Matthew Hayes Rice (29), with an address at Busypark, Terenure, Dublin 6W, was due to be sentenced in relation to assault contrary to Section 3 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Persons Act 1997.
