Below is a collated collection of some of the documents Gript recently recieved, following an FOI, and then an appeal against the refusal of that FOI, from the Department of Justice. We had asked for information regarding the following:
1 – Any correspondence to or from any assistant secretary in the Department which contains references to, or an analysis of, the potential impact which changes to Articles 40 or 41 may have on the delivery of immigration services.
