Insulate Britain said around 50 people were involved in the demonstrations, which took place in four major routes in London at Hanger Lane, Wandsworth Bridge, Arnos Grove and Blackwall Tunnel.
Protestors glued themselves to the Blackwall Tunnel causing long queues.
The demonstrators are demanding the government insulate 29 million homes by 2030. They say the real story is that the government has forced them to do this by their inaction.
