Irish MEP Group calls for transfer of EU Border Agency budget to fund “sea rescue missions.”

The association of Left MEP’s in the European Parliament, that includes among its members Sinn Fein MEP Chris McManus, and Independents Clare Daly, Mick Wallace and Luke ‘Ming’ Flanagan, have described the EU Asylum and Migration Pact as an agreement that is “Killing the Right to Asylum.”

The group also claims that the Pact is effectively “the final nail in the coffin of the right to asylum in the EU.”

The Left MEP’s claim that while the new Migration Pact “falsely promises an historic change in EU migration policies,” in reality, it reinforces current failed policies and practices by focusing on deterrence “at the expense of the individual right to asylum.”

They also refute claims that the Pact will lead to a solidarity-based and mandatory distribution of those seeking protection in the EU.

“This reform is not a reform: it is old wine in new bottles. There is no such thing as an automatic distribution mechanism; rather, the Pact will maintain the failed Dublin system. First-entry member states will continue to hold responsibilities for people-on-the-move arriving at their borders.”

One of the Groups more controversial proposals however is to effectively end the funding of the EU’s Border Management Agency, Frontex. They say that Frontex’s billion-dollar budget that is planned for the next few years “would be better invested in a European sea rescue mission.”

With respect to the concept of the safe country lists, the Left Group argue that because every asylum seeker has the right to a detailed and individual examination of the asylum application, “no application should be declared inadmissible on the basis of the “safe third country” principle. Such a practice de facto abolishes the individual right to asylum,” it maintains.

“Funding sea rescue missions” indirectly puts money in the pockets of those smugglers (aka criminals) overloading the little dinghys carrying so-called asylum seekers, a fraction of whom end up drowning. THEN the politicians have the temerity to put a guilt-trip on the Brits and/or the Irish for it.

They could fund me and when the tide is going out at Galway bay i could send them on there way to America or off the coast of Donegal to Iceland. I would be a great smuggler and pay my taxes.

Don’t send them to America! They, along with the woke, self-hating white academics have taken over our university campuses and using them for their anti-Western propaganda.

The “asylum seekers” need to be sent home to their native countries as many of them are the ones who are xenophobic. They escape a culture of hate but want to bring that same culture to Western countries. It is a bad mix and it needs to stop.

I got your point and though your comment may be seen as sinister to some, people easily forget how sinister many of these asylum seekers, migrants or whatever you want to call them are. I was just stressing that in light of everything that’s happening here in America, and as callous as it sounds, we don’t need any more of them, either.

Confession time. I stupidly voted for Clare Daly. This was a mistake and I’m heartily sorry. For my sins I will promise to scrutinize each new candidate for the upcoming Euro and local election candidate. I am looking for someone who is not tainted by clown world politics. “Far right” will be an advantage as far as I’m concerned.

Deport all of them. Boycott guinness from Nigeria and everything from Nigeria, from a ban on flights to and from and money being sent there from immigrants.Absolutely everything from Nigeria gets ban and have them take back everybody that arrived here and anybody who committed a crime.Have all of this done and then move on to Algeria and so on.This madness has to stop and stop now .Send all Afgans home as the rightful leaders are in power over there and who better to implement the full laws of the Quran other than the Taliban. Its a Muslim Utopia over there and all Afgans must be sent home to be judged by the great Allah. Send all Syrians back to Assad for prosecution. If they were in armed groups against their own government they must be sent back or face terrorism charges here and then sent back.Assad would be only delighted to implement Sharia for the true Muslims and believers of Islam.Send all Sudanese,Somalians etc home to fight their trible wars in the name of the great Allah.

For those unaware, Blackrock Dublin was introduced to some of the charming sexual-assaulting street-shitters of Mount Street yesterday and today, when approximately forty of them set up camp there, including in the church.
Cue one hundred worried phonecalls from the Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown For All Asylum-Seeker Supporters Brunch Club to their friends in Leinster House.
And – without delay – the gardaí sans public order unit straight down to remove the brown people from the white neighbourhood.
Even the parish priest is kicking them out this morning.

Aaaaand up to Newtownmountkennedy and Rathcoole they will be-a-going.

Interesting.

Had a look at the map and Blackrock is well outside the city centre. Wonder how they ended up there.

Is it possible to buy bus tickets in advance at the bus station going from the city centre to places like Blackrock, Dun Laoghaire and Dalkey or how does that work? Say you wanted to buy a dozen or two single tickets and give them to some ‘visitors’ to go from the city centre out that way for day trips? Maybe they’d even like to spend a long weekend there.

I think this summer is going to be an excellent opportunity for visiting and enjoying all the delights that this very nice stretch of coast has to offer.

Is there anyone here in the comments from Blackrock or that general area?

Yes, saw that in a magazine. Mental row, something about synagogues arguing about a prophet and the discovery of tunnels and a stained mattress that’s supposed to mean the jews were sacrificing kids there.
I’ll leave it to others to draw their own conclusion on that one.
But that wasn’t what Joe was talking about – he was talking about the metaphorical tunnels from proto-nazi germany pamphlets about jews.
Joe’s first visit here was to respond to a polite, sans-‘cunt’ comment I made pointing out the absurdities in his conspiracy theory with a one-word reply to me – ‘jew’. When I laughed at him he went on a mental rant. So no need, I felt, to beat about the bush when he started off with the same crap yesterday.

What conclusion would you draw from this? https://www.sott.net/article/395470-Rabbi-exposes-rampant-child-sex-abuse-in-the-Ultra-orthodox-Jewish-community
TBH and I will be polite on this, just because somebody comes on and expresses themselves in a dorogatory way does not invalidate their truth. I knew full well what he was saying albeit i will concede he did not put it the best of ways, he still was correct. Now it is a well known fact that the vast majority of the jewish community are not actually semites and this was backed up with dna evidence and most are actually from eastern europe with some from the turkik mongolian regions of the world which makes the antisemite slur completely untrue based off scientific fact. You know what a semite is so why you are using leftist slurs rather than intelligent conversation goes beyond me.

Buddha

And paedophile priests in Ireland make us Irish….er, no.
You’ll find the same abuses in hindu ashrams. And the boy scouts. And state care homes.

Whether semitic=jewish or not (isn’t it defined within the culture by maternal heredity ?) is hardly relevant, its common parlance to equate them.
I gave both blunt and polite explanations of the logical inconsistency of the ‘jewish conspiracy’ yesterday under that article.
Normally when this point is reached, its defenders move into the actual supernatural realms – reincarnation, other dimensions, etc.
And, in fairness, there doesn’t seem to be anywhere else they can go with it.

See, you just highlighted a massive problem here and this is the typical what aboutary that you are expected to do, thats the divide and conquer strategy straight up and highlights your lack of understanding of what is going on in the world. In my view all the religions are corrupt and nothing more than man made constructs for the purpose of control. None of them represent the truth. So in essence there is no what about the priests, what about the imans, what about the rabbis. They are all involved in it at their upper circles. Disnt the pope say quite clearly that he supports the nwo. Didnt all the religious leaders meat in rome for the new world religion. Pitting one against the other is a fruitless argument of what aboutary is silliness. Now you also highlighted another issue because semites are not just considered jews, they are also the arabs and paletinians, so how can a person who says truths which they are, about the jewish community, like the arab community be an antisemite? By your definition and I will highlight your definition, that would mean that the jewish communit is committing an antisemite act against the palestinians as they are semites. You are completely incorrect in saying that a semite does not have to be linked by dna, that is false, they do and the majority of jews are not. Now you also missed a massive issue here which is that the majority of jews and catholics are completely unaware of what is going on in the upper echelons of their respected churches and do not subscribe to this behaviour at all. The behavior being called out is by the minority and just because the minority behave that way does not mean that people who call it out are saying that all are involved. They just cant decipher who is actually doing it. Now if we take historical fact and the genetics that I did point out, most of them derive from eastern europe and I can tell you they are desendents of the khazars. Khazars history is well recorded and you can find it online, they converted to judaism on the behest of russia but never followed it. They carried it down through the generations which is why the rothchilds claim they can trace their family lineage way back which is true. They practice sabatean frankism which is the inverted torah and also called the talmud which all rabbis must learn the full 36 volumes as part of their training. Listen I do understand things get heated bud and there is an emotional response to all these things but the facts cant be disputed. These sabatean frankists control the media, they control pharma, they control our banks through blackrock, vnaguard, the rothschilds etc and if you look at all their heads, you will see that they proclaim to be jewish. They are not jewish really but thats what they proclaim. They have used judaism and twisted it to their benefit. For instance if you look who are the heads of pharma, its plain to see, the vaccines are poisons bud. Its not a conspiracy, its the truth. Go look for yourself. https://tapnewswire.com/2022/11/norwegian-politician-calls-the-parliament-for-the-death-sentence-of-evil-jews-in-the-pharmaceutical-industry/

Ok, I’ve only just glanced at your reply and haven’t read it all through yet but the beginning leapt out at me.
If you can distinguish any delineated power structure in any particular society/culture and not blame the society/culture as a whole for their crimes, why do all the anti-jewish conspiracy-believers use ‘jew’, often with that same generalising, twisted mouth sneer of ‘jew’ from that oaf Joe, that they do against people of jewish heritage/culture as a whole ?

Buddha

Im not here to convince you of anything, Im here to tell the truth. Its not my job to convince anyone of anything. The one truth is that you should not bash people because you dont agree with their stance on things. I have seen hundreds of comments that are pure garbage and I do not respond to them because its not my job to shit on peoples opinions. If someone responds to me fine, but I rarely respond to anyones opinion because its their opinion and its not for me to interfere with that.

James Mcguinness

Reply to  Buddha

They should not be doing that, simple as. The only reason why they are doing that is because they they cant see the truth. Thats no different to the government calling the irish far right. I have repeatedly said that its not the jews or the catholics but pretenders who have infiltrated the institutions and provided the supporting evidence but my issue is when people get emotional about it, the answer is not to shut them down with insults but correct them. They are correct in alot of the points they make but they are using it in the wrong context. They are infiltrated like our political parties are. These people are aturning ordinary people into the targets for their divide and conquer. We should be listening to the truth they do say and correct them on whats going on. People are not religions, belief is separate to the person and should not be treated as the person. Thats why all the religions are cancer.

Buddha

Ireland had a lot of Catholic priests down through the centuries. how many my friend. were proven paedophiles?. Remember we had laws passed that forbid Irish Catholics to own land, to own a horse or the right to education. The nuns and the priests came in from the continent to set up schools to set up churches to set up hospitals when we the Irish were on our knees. You actually believe your slurs are proof that what I say is untrue and on realizing that fact makes you look completely ridiculous. What even more ridiculous is your use of the down vote which you believe is a method of invalidating peoples opinion, it does not. Ah, yes.
Thought some cunt -body like this would pop up.
No – what follows is not for you who are obviously just either a fucking idiot or sent to post nonsense like that, but to anyone else reading who are as yet unaware of what the situation is vis a vis the pact.

● Ireland currently is exempt from all e.u. laws regarding asylum should it so wish under Lisbon II.

● Currently, under the geneva convention (the so called ‘international obligations, again voluntary but leaving that aside for now) Ireland does not have to admit or consider claims for asylum from ANY applicants who travelled through or resided in a safe country first in order to get here. Which is all of them.

● Why then have we been getting them ? Because the Irish government have been choosing to act as if the rules of the Migrant-Sharing Pact are already in place. Varadkar quietly ‘opted-in’ to volunteer Ireland to take some from Italy and Malta in early summer 2022, and they’ve been increasing this number ever since. Ireland was and is under no current obligation to take any from these or other countries. They are fucking you over by doing so

● The ability to remove migrants from Ireland who have already been in europe that the government has told us they will be able to do under the pact is already in place – i.e., we don’t need the pact to do it. The refusal of the government to do this when they already have the power to do so has been highlighted by
(i) the Dept. Justice memo released under an FOI request, and
(ii) the oireachtas grilling of McEntee by Michael McNamara

● What will be changed under the migrant-sharing pact with regard to our ability to deport asylum-seekers ?
Nothing

● What will be changed by the migrant-sharing pact with regard to our ability to control numbers or restrict entry ?
Everything
The Migrant-Sharing pact forces Ireland to surrender asylum policy to the E.U. and adopt their proposed system of taking an allocated percentage of migrants arriving at the borders of other european countries (flown directly in) which are not currently our responsibilty.
Perrennially, every year without end.
The numbers will vastly increase.

This figure is to be a higher percentage than other european countries because of gdp, i.e., firms using Ireland as a tax base.
The ‘left’ are objecting because they reject the notion that any should be sent home, even the one or two percent of applicants this happens to. The agree with the migrant-sharing principle but reject anything short of fully open borders.
The ‘right’ are objecting because of common sense – it increases numbers.

Also – the pact is to supercede the dublin convention , which is then scrapped.
See Matt Treacy’s article on the Danish asylum system, published here yesterday.

Would you support a decision by Ireland to copy the UK's "Rwanda Plan", under which asylum seekers are sent to the safe - but third world - African country instead of being allowed to remain here?
